At 2000 Mbps Full Duplex, the Gigabit uplinks provide high-speed data pipes to servers or a backbone with minimum data transfer loss.

Comprehensive Security
D-Link´s innovative Safeguard Engine function protects the switch against traffic flooding caused by virus attacks. In addition, the switch supports Access Control Lists (ACL) and 802.1X port-based authentication through external RADIUS servers. IP-MAC-Port Binding allows administrators to trace the location of IP addresses by binding the source IP to its associated MAC address and source port.
For added security, the DHCP Server Screening feature1 screens rogue DHCP server packets from user ports to prevent unauthorised IP assignment.
